How the price works
A base fee plus distance. Bigger truck, bigger base.
Add-ons for help, stairs, and heavy pieces show before you book. No meter, no surge, no fees at the end. We authorize your card when you approve. You are charged when the job is done.

What fits in each truck?
Trucka is a pickup: a couch, a dresser, a washer, a Marketplace find. Trucka XL is a long bed: sectionals, wardrobes, a full IKEA order.
Who does the loading?
You do, unless you add the helping hand. Then your driver loads and unloads with you. Stairs and heavy pieces show in the quote.
Can I ride along?
Sometimes, if there is room and the driver is comfortable with it. Most people meet the driver at the drop-off.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel from your trip screen any time before the hauling starts. Any fee shows before you confirm.
What if something gets damaged?
Report it from your trip screen within 48 hours. Your pickup and drop-off photos are already attached.
When do drivers get paid?
They see the exact payout before they accept. Payouts go out every week.
Which cities is Trucka in?
Utah County and Salt Lake County: Provo, Orem, Lehi, Vineyard, Spanish Fork, American Fork, and Salt Lake City.
Do I need an app or an account?
No app. Your phone number becomes your account when we verify it with a code. That is where your receipts and photos live.
