Driver questions, answered
How long does it take to get approved?
Two to three days once we have your documents: license, insurance cards, the door sticker with your truck's weight rating, and truck photos. Then a background check.
How do I get paid, and when?
You see the exact payout before you accept, and that is what you get. Payouts go out every week.
What jobs will I see?
Couches, Marketplace pickups, IKEA runs, appliances, student move-outs. Furniture and household goods only.
Do I load by myself?
On standard jobs the customer loads and you drive. Helping hand jobs pay more because you pitch in, and the card says so before you accept.
What insurance do I need?
Commercial auto with for-hire coverage on your truck, plus cargo coverage. Personal auto policies exclude hauling for pay. We verify both before your first job and when they renew.
Where can I drive?
Anywhere in Utah County and Salt Lake County. Provo one day, Salt Lake the next. Some cities ask for a business license; we walk you through it.
