Why Trucka?

  • See the pay before you say yes

Every job card shows your exact dollar payout up front. The number you accept is the number you get, paid out shortly after the job wraps.

  • Take the jobs you want

Every job shows the pickup spot, what's moving, and the pay. Take the ones you want, skip the ones you don't.

  • Your schedule, your market

Drive Saturday mornings or weekday evenings, in the neighborhoods you know. No minimums, no penalty for saying no.

  • Real support while you're on a job

Real support, not a ticket queue. If something goes sideways mid-job, you reach a human fast.

What you need

  • 21 or older
  • Valid driver's license
  • Insured pickup, cargo van, or box truck
  • Pass a background check

Driver questions, answered

How long does vetting take?

Usually two to three days once we have your documents. We check your license and insurance, run a background check, and review photos of your truck. Have a photo of your license and insurance card ready and it goes fast.

How do I get paid, and when?

Every job shows your exact payout before you accept it, and that's the number you get. Payouts go out by direct deposit shortly after the job wraps. No chasing customers for cash and no waiting on a monthly check.

What jobs will I see?

Short local hauls: couches, Marketplace pickups, dump runs, and multi-item loads. Each job shows the pickup spot, what's moving, and the pay before you accept.

Do I load by myself?

On standard jobs, no. The customer loads, you drive. Jobs marked helping hand pay more because you pitch in on loading and unloading, and you see that on the job card before you accept.

What insurance do I need?

Current auto insurance on the truck you'll drive, and we verify it before your first job. You don't need commercial coverage to apply. We'll walk through what your market requires during vetting.

Can I drive in more than one city?

Yes. Once you're vetted you can take jobs in any Trucka city: New York, Washington DC, or San Francisco. Most drivers stick to their home market, but nothing stops you.
