Trucka Business

Delivery for your business, without the truck

Vetted local drivers on demand for furniture stores, consignment shops, storage facilities, and anyone else who moves big things around a city. Flat quote per job, one number to call.

  • Pay per delivery. No lease, no payroll, no minimums.
  • Every driver vetted before their first job.
  • Same-day dispatch in New York, Washington DC, and San Francisco.

Tell us about your business

Two minutes. A founder calls you back, not a sales team.

No contract, no minimums. Just a conversation.

What a delivery partner should do for you

Win the sale

The customer loves the dresser but drove a sedan. Solve delivery right at the counter with a flat quote, and the sale closes instead of walking.

No fleet, no lease

A box truck means a lease, commercial insurance, maintenance, and a driver on payroll who sits idle between runs. Drivers on demand means you pay per delivery and nothing else.

One number to call

One account, vetted drivers, one place to send every job. As you grow with us, one monthly invoice instead of a stack of receipts.

What businesses use us for

Four jobs, one dispatch

  1. 1

    Same-day customer delivery

Customer buys it, our driver gets it to their door the same day. You quote delivery at the counter and keep the sale.

  2. 2

    Store-to-store transfers

Move stock between your locations, the warehouse, or the showroom without pulling staff off the floor.

  3. 3

    Donation and junk-out runs

Clear the pieces that did not sell, the trade-ins, and the stuff customers leave behind. To the donation center or the dump.

  4. 4

    Scheduled recurring routes

A standing pickup every Friday, or whatever rhythm your business runs on. Set it once, and it just happens.

Built for businesses that move big things

Furniture and mattress stores

The sale dies at the counter when the customer cannot get it home.

Flat delivery quote on the spot, driver the same day, sale closed.

Thrift, consignment, and estate sales

Buyers must clear items by Sunday and half of them show up in sedans.

A driver on call during the sale so sold means gone, not stored.

Storage facilities

Customers need things moved in and out, and you are not in the hauling business.

One number to hand every customer who asks. We do the rest.

Property management

Move-outs leave furniture behind and units need clearing before the next lease.

Junk-outs and turnover hauls on demand, billed per job.

Staging and interior design

Every install means borrowing a truck and begging for muscle.

A truck and a loading hand exactly when the install is scheduled.

Something else

If your business moves big things around a city, the problem is the same.

Tell us what you move and how often. We will figure it out together.

The honest part

Be a founding partner

We're new, and we're not going to pretend otherwise. No case studies, no logo wall, no made-up numbers. What we can offer the first businesses in each city is something the big platforms can't: founder-level attention.

  • A direct line to the founder, not a support queue
  • Priority dispatch when trucks are tight
  • A real say in how invoicing and scheduling get built
  • Early pricing, locked in as we grow

Questions businesses ask

How does pricing work for business accounts?

A flat quote per delivery based on truck size and distance, told to you before the driver rolls. No hourly meter, no surge. As your volume grows, so does your case for volume pricing, and we build that with you.

Can my customers track the delivery?

You and your customer both get texts: driver assigned, on the way, and delivered. Live map tracking is coming with the Trucka app.

What about damage and insurance?

Every driver passes a license check, an insurance check, a background check, and a truck photo review before their first job. If something goes wrong on a delivery, you report it on the job and we work it out with you and the driver.

Do you do recurring pickups?

Yes. Tell us the rhythm, like a donation run every Friday or a transfer between stores every Monday, and we schedule it as a standing route.

Which cities do you cover?

New York, Washington DC, and San Francisco. We are starting with three cities and doing them properly before we add more.

How fast can we start?

Fill out the form and a founder calls you within one business day. Most businesses can send their first delivery the same week. No contract, no minimums.
